on CDs, page turners and research tomes.  In fact books to suit all tastes!

Our prices can't be beat either - with softbacks starting at fifty cents and hardbacks in mint condition starting at two dollars.  And for collectors of rare books, a visit to Alpine may be richly rewarding.

Alpine Library Site Purchased

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors at the request of Supervisor Jacob has now approved funding for the purchase of  the new Library site. The Library will overlook the park adjacent to the Community Center.   Pictures of the New Library are on display in the Bookstore.  We hope to break ground in 2010 with your continued support.

Alpine residents were delghted when ALFA reopened its bookstore at its new location on April 19th, 2008.
